Wholesale pricing is available exclusively to approved B2B customers. Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on supplier costs or market adjustments. Although we'll try to keep you updated on any price changes, ensuring you always have the latest information to maximize your profit margins.
Volume discounts or promotional offers may be available for large orders.
All prices are listed in Euros, excluding VAT, shipping costs, and possible import duties. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Account Approval
To access wholesale pricing and place orders, businesses must first register for a wholesale account. Approval is at our discretion and may require proof of business registration, which might take 2–3 working days.
Payment Terms

Payment on account (only for approved partners with established credit terms)
Late Payments
Payments must be made on or before the due date. Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly finance charge. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day from confirmation.
We offer courier delivery within Cyprus and shipping options across Europe.
Shipping fees vary by forwarding company, destination, and weight. Free shipping is available for orders above €500 with standard shipping.
All parcels are shipped in plain, discreet packaging.
Returns & Damages
Love Shop will accept returns for items that were delivered damaged or that were not included in a customer’s order at no charge. Unless otherwise specified, all claims for discrepancies, shortages, or damages must be made within fourteen (14) days after the item has shipped.
Closeout and discontinued items are not subject to return because they are purchased “as is” at a significant discount.
No claims will be accepted on used goods or on goods damaged after their receipt by the customer.
Claims for defective or damaged products must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted only for faulty items.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
For claims regarding faulty items, please contact us by email. We will then credit the damaged item or send a replacement. In the event of a complaint, please state your customer number, the item number, the quantity, and the reason for the complaint. Please note that we have selected goods collected both domestically and internationally.
Backorders
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and offer a substitute, refund, or backorder option.

VAT & Invoicing
Invoices are issued with full VAT details. EU-based businesses with a valid VAT number may be eligible for VAT-exempt transactions (intra-community supply).

You may not rebrand, relabel, or alter our products without written permission.

All Love Shop images, including images of third-party brands that Love Shop is selling, as well as logos and photography, are the exclusive property of or licensed to Love Shop and may only be used in connection with the advertisement or sale of authentic products obtained from authorized distributors in Europe.
